Amazing experience at this foundation! The connection between art and nature is truly inspiring, enhanced by the beautiful architecture of the building. What a happy surprise!  We knew it was going to be a rainy day, so in looking for a museum to visit, we found this hidden gem.  Between the architecture that seems to reflect a Le Corbusier influence, the outdoor sculpture spaces with sweeping views of the surrounding area, and the excellent collection of artwork, we were in heaven.  Both the temporary and permanent collections were beautiful and the setting was as eye-catching.  Easy to get to by bus and walking distance to St. Paul de Vence.  Would definitely recommend!

Incredible collection of original Matisse and Bonnard pictures when we visited. I don’t understand how they manage to have these priceless works not even behind glass with no security. But that’s besides the point. Really worth a visit, and there’s a bar to boot.
