Amazing atmosphere. Service was good. The food was also okay except the arepas they were extremely oily.
The weirdest problem is they have many different beers but Not Gluten Free ones!! And I find it a bit odd because it's a completely gluten-free kitchen.

Highly recommend! Cours Julien is easily the coolest area of Marseille. Full of hipsters and students. We sat right by the steps and had an amazing view of marseille with a lively and energetic atmosphere to match. The food was fantastic; we ordered the empanadas and the plantain pancakes which were both unreal. The beer was also fantastic! Had a great meal here!

It‘s a great bar with a nice atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service. We went with a bigger group and everything was perfect! Everybody enjoyed the time in Lulo Bar. Thank you for everything!

Great food, you won’t be disappointed. Colombian  Empanada was really good.  Have with guacamole (very tasty), sat outside.
