This is a beautifully appointed restaurant in the lovely town of Eygalieres.  We went to Maison Hache twice during our stay and each time we had an amazing dining experience.  The food was excellent in perfectly sized portions.  The service was impeccable and courteous.  We were able to meet the chef and thank him.  If you are in Eygalieres or nearby, we highly recommend Maison Hache.

We only ate at Maison Hache. Our meal was full of unique, suprising, and delicious flavors. The timing of each dish was perfect. The service was personable and professional. We really enjoyed our meal and look forward to returning to share the experience with family.

Fabulous little hotel with an ASTOUNDING kitchen. It has to be said the pastries and gourmet cuisine was amazing! The Staff couldn't be more helpful and were so friendly, professional and kind and lovely!

The rooms are simple and quite basic (really it is a fabulous restaurant with rooms). If they only could make a little more effort with the rooms (towels, linen etc) this could be a destination boutique location!

I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Lovely restaurant in the heart of idyllic Eygalieres. Food is exceptional (as expected for one Michelin star), we had the tasting menu for dinner with wine pairing (and enjoyed it just as much as a recent 3 Michelin star meal locally) . The wine pairing was excellent, with some rare and unusual choices, which all worked very well with the food (we also enjoyed guessing the wines as they were only explained after we had drunk each one, at the end of each food course). Service was excellent, we sat outside, definitely one to return to.

We’ve dined in many Michelin starred restaurants but last night’s dinner was the worst we’ve eaten. The food quality was incredibly disappointing, from the tepid, brown oyster sludge to start, through to the chocolate “soufflé”, which hadn’t risen, more like a slimy raw egg soup with a dusting of cocoa. In between we struggled through a raw slab of tuna with a veal mayonnaise…a desperate attempt to remain relevant with a rather sorry version on the, usually delicious, vitello tonnato. The rabbit dish was under-seared on the outside and dry in the middle, with lots of tiny bones to pick out, which may have been useful as toothpicks but certainly didnt add to dining experience. When the bread arrived with no butter I should have sensed the warning signs but we carried on regardless. The cheese course was 3 small squares of cheese with no cracker or honey or chutney to make it any more exciting…a mouse may well indeed have turned it’s nose up at the meagre scraps on the plate. Service was curt although the manager did hear our grievances at the end and took some money off the bill. A maelstrom of culinary madness…but at least the wine was good. Go to Bistro Quasi instead, much better all round.
