Wonderful stay in this gorgeous hotel. The rooms are beautiful with high ceilings and a lovely exterior. What is especially note worthy, is the incredible service. Everyone working there always went a step further to make sure our stay was impeccable. And I also have to mention the two adorable cuddly cats, that made the trip even better!

Amazing experience at Les Lodges.  The staff are amazing and very accommodating.  This was our first visit.  We ate breakfast each morning on our Terrace.  The last night we were there we ordered room service late, Angelo made it such an incredible experience.  He set up our Terrace and we had a private meal.  Angelo is amazing, be sure to ask for him in the restaurant.  Definitely book this hotel in Provence.

While we weren’t totally thrilled with our room itself (which we didn’t realize until a couple days into our stay was actually designed to be a handicapped room), mainly because of some house keeping issues, overall the hotel was great because of the service.  Laurent, Romane, Angelo, Benjamin, and Melanie went above and beyond for us and made our stay very relaxed and comfortable.  The shuttle into Aix was such a bonus and so convenient.  We spent one afternoon lounging by the pools and wish we dedicated more time to doing that as it was very peaceful.  The breakfast was amazing and we very much enjoyed 2 evenings of aperitifs with the amazing Angelo overlooking St Victorie.  If in the area would definitely stay again but maybe request a different room.  Thank you for a lovely stay!

This hotel oasis is wonderful and the staff are exceptional!  The hotel itself is beautiful and the grounds are so lovely and enchanting.  The pool was an oasis surrounded by lovely scenery.  Our balcony had a wonderful view and the sitting areas outside are so beautiful.  We went to the Michelin restaurant our first night and it was spectacular!  Excellent service, amazing view, and outstanding food and wine.  One of the best meals we had while in France going to many Michelin restaurants.  We also did spa treatments and everyone loved their spa treatments.  Excellent, skilled techs and wonderful massages and facials.

I came with a large group and had various events I needed to organize beforehand.  Lisa in reception was wonderful on ensuring the rooms were done correctly, answering any questions, and keeping things organized.  Benjamin the concierge was so amazing and helpful with answering questions on the area, providing recommendations and even doing research on my behalf.  Benoit was also amazing and so helpful upon arrival and ensuring we had transportation when we needed it and available for any needs or questions.  They are all so kind and pleasant and made things that much better.  I cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely go back!  Thank you to the whole team there!

Stylish and comfort hotel in a beautiful setting.

The room is lovely and SPA facilities are great as well. What stand out most is how friendly and welcoming the staffs are.

Our concierge Benjamin was super helpful. He showed us this self drive winery trip around the hotel - highly recommend to visit these wineries.
