You're thinking, should I do it?  Let me check,the reviews.   Stop now, you should do it.  This place puts Herne on the map.  Fantastic service and superb cuisine for a 4-course dinner with wine.   We also added a cheese course,  why not, you can do that if you ask lol, and they executed this with excellence. The food was world class, the wines also.
Every dish was delicious.
Every wine pairing was appropriate and delicious.
Service was attentive and friendly; they described the dishes well, and spashed us when we asked for more.  Fortunately we're staying at the hotel.
You can't really expect better than this, do it 7 u⁶

Als Event und Hochzeit DJ habe ich die Freude immer wieder schöne Locations kennenlernen zu dürfen, welche sich hervorragend zum ausgelassenen Feiern eignen.
Eine davon dvon ist die "Gute Stube" des Parkhotel Herne.
Wer sich entscheidet hier seine Hochzeit / Geburtstag etc. zu feiern, bekommt nicht nur einen hervorragenden Service von gut gelaunten und aufmerksamen Personal, sondern auch ein hervorragendes Essen.
Zudem bietet die Location alles was man braucht um ausgelassen feiern zu können ( Lautstärke etc. ).
Ich habe mich als Dienstleister wie ein Gast gefühlt und dafür möchte ich mich recht herzlich bedanken.

Wir besuchten vor kurzem die Gute Stube und möchten unsere Eindrücke schildern:
Es gibt -vorab- nur einen kleinen negativen Punkt, den ich als erstes erwähnen möchte: das Restaurant war gut besucht und daher der Geräuschpegel leider sehr hoch. Dafür kann allerdings das Restaurant nichts; mitunter sind größere Tische nun einmal etwas zu "gesprächslastig".
Wir wurden nett begrüßt und zügig zum Tisch geleitet. Die Freundlichkeit, die leider in anderen Restaurants keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist, begleitete uns den ganzen Abend.
Die Gute Stube ist von der Ausstattung mit warmen Farben versehen und elegant eingerichtet.
Auf unserem Tisch war eine kleine Grußkarte  mit unserem Namen und ein paar persönlichen Worten, worüber wir sehr erfreut waren.
Entschieden hatten wir uns für das 6-Gänge-Menü, allerdings ohne Wein-Begleitung. Es gibt eine Karte mit einer großen Weinauswahl,  aus der wir uns einen Wein aus Chile aussuchten. Am Anfang wurden wir von mehreren "Grüßen aus der Küche" verwöhnt. Alle Speisen kamen in  einem angemessenen Zeitabstand, so dass wir uns auch in Ruhe unterhalten konnten. Die Köstlichkeiten waren sehr schmackhaft und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Es wurde regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und wir zufrieden sind.
Insgesamt verbrachten wir hier über drei Stunden. Diese Zeit muss man sich auch nehmen, um das Essen in vollen Zügen genießen zu können.
Ich bewerte hier nicht nur gerne die Qualität der Speisen, die hier absolute Spitze waren, sondern auch das Auftreten des gesamten Personals. Hier stimmtes wirkliches alles von Anfang bis Ende!
Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wieder hier einkehren und danken dem gesamten Team für diesen tollen Abend.

We recently visited the Gute Stube and would like to describe our impressions:
There is only one small negative point that I would like to mention first: the restaurant was busy and therefore the noise level was unfortunately very high. However, the restaurant can't do anything about it; Sometimes larger tables are a bit too “conversational”.
We were greeted warmly and quickly shown to the table. The friendliness, which unfortunately is not a given in other restaurants, accompanied us throughout the evening.
The parlor has warm colors and is elegantly furnished.
There was a small greeting card on our table with our name and a few personal words, which we were very happy about.
We decided on the 6-course menu, but without wine accompaniment. There is a menu with a large selection of wines, from which we chose a wine from Chile. At the beginning we were treated to several greetings from the kitchen. All the food came at a reasonable interval so that we could chat in peace. The delicacies were very tasty and prepared with a lot of love. We regularly asked whether everything was OK and whether we were satisfied.
In total we spent over three hours here. You also have to take this time to enjoy the food to the fullest.
I like to rate not only the quality of the food, which was absolutely top notch, but also the demeanor of the entire staff. Everything was perfect here from start to finish!
We will definitely come back here soon and thank the entire team for this great evening.

Spontan haben wir uns entschlossen in der " GUTE STUBE" zum Abendessen zu gehen.
Das Personal hat uns herzlich empfangen-  ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Trotz des ein oder anderen Missgeschicks wärend unserem Besuches hatten wir einen schönen Abend. Die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals hat darüber hinwegsehen lassen.
Das Essen war sehr gut und ist auf etwas höherem  Niveau gekocht. Preislich ist es kein Schnäppchen,  aber durchaus gerechtfertigt.
Das Ambiente ist modern und nüchtern gehalten- Geschmackssache würde ich sagen.
Abschliessendes Urteil- gerne wieder. Dankeschön.

We spontaneously decided to go to dinner in the “GUTE STUBE”.
The staff gave us a warm welcome - they were very nice and attentive. Despite one or two mishaps during our visit, we had a lovely evening. The friendliness of the service staff made this overlooked.
The food was very good and cooked to a slightly higher standard. In terms of price, it's not a bargain, but it's definitely justified.
The atmosphere is modern and sober - I would say it's a matter of taste.
Final verdict - gladly again. Thank you very much.
