Doch das Warten lohnt sich! Im Bachmaier wird all das erfüllt, was man in dieser Art gastronomischer Einrichtung erwartet.
Zwei Akteure, eine begrenzte Anzahl an Tischen und ein übersichtliches und durch hochwertige regionale Produkte geprägtes, wechselndes Menü.

It's kind of hard to write another good review for this great restaurant since it takes some patience to get a table on the weekend anyway. But the wait is worth it! The Bachmaier fulfills everything you would expect from this type of dining establishment.

Sehr gutes fine dine Restaurant inmitten von Heilbronn. 2 Mitarbeiter: Ehemann in der Küche Ehefrau im Service. Wenig Tische, dafür nimmt man sich im Service entsprechend Zeit für die Gäste. Faire Preis Leistung bei der Wein Begleitung. Regionale Zutaten sehr gut zubereitet allerdings wenig experimentell.
