We had the lunch menu which was tasty, and the service was great! They have a peaceful yard where you can enjoy your meal when it’s sunny weather.

Wir hatten für zwei Personen an unserem Jahrestag reserviert, was jedoch trotz Anmerkung bei der Reservierung keine Beachtung fand.
Wir hatten zuerst Brot mit Salzbutter. Das Brot war wirklich sehr lecker. Es wird jedoch pro Person berechnet und da frage ich mich echt, wieso man dann fünf kleine Scheiben serviert und keine grade Anzahl nimmt 🤷🏽‍♀️ Der Gruß aus der Küche war etwas fad aber in Ordnung. Der Salat war ganz gut aber auch hier fehlte der Pepp. Dann kamen die Hauptspeisen. Einmal ein Ziegenkäse Kartoffel Knödel mit Gemüse. Dieses Essen war wirklich nicht besonders einfallsreich. Es war auch nicht raffiniert gewürzt oder auf andere Art dem Preis von 25 Euro entsprechend. Die Spinatmaultasche, die gleich viel kostet, war hier die bessere Wahl. Dazu gab es eine leckere Soße mit Pfifferlingen und Haselnüssen.
Die Speisen wurden alle optisch ansprechend zubereitet.
Der Service war gut, bis auf ganz zum Schluss als wir alleine im Hof zurückgelassen wurden und zum Zahlen reinkommen mussten. Das Ambiente ist drin und draußen sehr einladend.
Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht, zudem spricht uns die Speisenauswahl nicht wirklich an und deshalb kommen wir nicht wieder.

We had made a reservation for two people on our anniversary, but this was not taken into account despite a note when making the reservation.
First we had bread with salted butter. The bread was really delicious. However, it is charged per person and I really wonder why they serve five small slices and not use a straight number 🤷🏽‍♀️ The greeting from the kitchen was a bit bland but okay. The salad was quite good but also lacked pizzazz. Then came the main courses. Once a goat cheese potato dumpling with vegetables. This meal really wasn't particularly imaginative. It wasn't sophisticatedly seasoned or in any other way appropriate to the price of 25 euros. The spinach maultaschen, which cost the same, was the better choice here. There was also a delicious sauce with chanterelles and hazelnuts.
The dishes were all prepared visually appealing.
The service was good, except at the very end when we were left alone in the courtyard and had to come in to pay. The atmosphere inside and outside is very inviting.
Overall, the price-performance ratio isn't right for us, and the choice of food doesn't really appeal to us and that's why we won't be coming back.

Ein unvergesslicher Abend die Küchenparty. Alles so toll angerichtet. Das holen der kleinen vielen Speisen macht Spaß und ist abwechslungsreich, mit mehreren Freunden macht es am meisten Spaß , weil jeder was anderes findet in den verschiedenen Küchen… der Austausch über die kleinen Speisen ist Gesprächsthema den ganzen Abend …. Dazu dann noch entsprechende Weine … sehr gelungen. Das nächste Event dieser Art und wir sind wieder dabei…

Fetching the many small dishes is fun and varied, it's the most fun with several friends because everyone finds something different in the different kitchens... the exchange about the small dishes is a topic of conversation the whole evening... Plus the corresponding wines... very successful. The next event of this kind and we’ll be there again…

Sehr netter Service und schöne Menüs und a la Carte, allerdings sieht das Essen immer schöner aus als dass es schmeckt.
Zur Vorspeise gab es Flusskrebssalat und Linsensalat, beides nicht sehr spektakulär, ein bisschen mehr Mut beim Würzen würde nicht schaden. Im Zwischengang dann pochiertes Ei und Suppe am Tisch, beides durchaus solide, beim Hauptgang dann die Knödelvariation und die Maultaschen, war alles in Ordnung aber beides nicht so, dass man unbedingt wiederkommen muss.
Nachspeisen waren ebenfalls eher enttäuschend, der Zwetschgen Crumble war eine Mischung aus warm und kalt (gefühlt), unter dem (sehr guten!) Birneneis waren zerbröselte Kekse oder ähnliches, sehr hart, darauf könnte man Tage kauen.

Allem in allem recht ernüchternd in Anbetracht des Preises. Alles sehr hübsch angerichtet, beim Probieren ist man dann doch eher enttäuscht als überrascht.

Very nice service and nice menus and a la carte, but the food always looks nicer than it tastes.
For starters there was crayfish salad and lentil salad, neither of which was very spectacular, a little more courage with the seasoning wouldn't hurt. In the interim course, there was a poached egg and soup at the table, both of which were quite solid. For the main course, the dumpling variation and the Maultaschen, everything was fine, but neither was such that you absolutely have to come back.
Desserts were also rather disappointing, the plum crumble was a mixture of warm and cold (it felt like it), under the (very good!) pear ice cream there were crumbled cookies or something similar, very hard, you could chew on them for days.

All in all, quite sobering considering the price. Everything is very nicely presented, but when you try it you are more disappointed than surprised.
