I am very happy about this place since from the location, cleanliness and services were higher than expected. It was my first time in Berlin and my friend and I managed to visit every place we set our mind to. We didn't buy any metro ticket and visited all the museums we could possibly see in our 4 days vacation. The rooms are very clean and so were the shared bathrooms. We were at the third floor and very close to the railway, but we do not suffer any noise while sleeping (anyhow they give you free earplugs).

A well-designed hotel with a unique concept that adds to the charm of your Berlin stay. The location is excellent—not only is it very close to Unter den Linden and many major attractions, but it also sits on a quiet street, away from noise and crowds.

Although the hotel is next to train and tram tracks, the insulation is impressive. While the sound of passing trains is faintly audible, it’s no louder than typical street noise in a city hotel. In short, if I visit Berlin again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

The cleanliness was satisfactory, with linens in excellent condition.

I stayed in March, and the heating worked very well—so well that I had to lower the temperature myself.

The bed was comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The pillow was thinner than I’m used to, but it was still fine, and I didn’t feel the need to request a different or additional one.

Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, with no connection issues.

I booked without breakfast, but there’s an option to pay extra for either a basic or more elaborate breakfast. Alternatively, there are plenty of excellent cafés within a 10–15 minute walk that offer great breakfast options.

What a fantastic place to stay in Berlin! The rooms are incredible, we were lucky to have a suite looking out over the courtyard. The service is brilliant, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant, but you can preorder fresh croissants each morning and have as much excellent coffee as you like, for 5€, sitting in the lobby.
The hotel is so well placed, in Mitte, but so close to the Riechtag and more importantly Freidrichstrasse station.

I decided to stay as it's such a cheap alternative to the expensive hotel scene around Berlin. Each room is individually designed by a separate artist which gives the rooms their own sense of individuality. Room was kept tidy and noise was kept to a minimum despite hotel being fully booked which is a bonus. Essentially you get what you pay for. Can definitely recommend for a cheap alternative within walking distance of many attractions.

Very clean and big hotel, artistic decor in rooms. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Walkable from hbf station and Palast, riverside bars too. Have a great reception area with free luggage storage lockers too. Only downside is adjacent to train tracks making bit noisy so they keep earplugs in all rooms.
