Was visiting Berlin and came across this bar on google. Quick note (bring cash to pay bill) there is an atm nearby.

You have to ring the doorbell to get into the bar. Once we were in we sat at the bar. (Which was completely empty) the seating section with couches was full. It was a Friday night around midnight.

We ordered drinks from the bartender who at first we couldn’t tell if he was happy to have us there or not. The drinks were absolutely delicious. It was my friends birthday and the bartender ended up warming up to us and we had a great night talking to him.

He made us a few other delicious drinks! But definitely had a great night and loved the vibe inside this bar.

Cocktails are great. Smoking inside is allowed so its ok depending on how crowded it gets.

Service is terrible. Bartender/owner either berates you or simply ignores you. We also noticed some gaslighting on his part to some female customers. Not sure we will come back. There's other bars in the area with equally good cocktails and a much better service.

Got this as a recommendation from friends. Took quite a while until we got let in, although we were ringing. Inside, it wasn't crowded and easily found a seat. Those were actually pretty old and actually even ripped off, so this didn't make such a nice flair. Defintly needs some update of the furniture game here. Drinks are tasty but super strong. Those were not just our feelings, but everyone who we saw sipping felt the same.
Overall, I didn't have such an amazing experience as we also had to wait 115 minutes until we even got the menu. So, all in all, i  am in between ok and good, but the nuts make it a good.
