Really well located hotel, and only a 10-minute walk from some key landmarks. It is about 40 mins Uber from the airport, so if you need to consider that, do so. Overall this is a good hotel.

However, there were a couple of hiccups during my stay:
Unfortunately, I was awoken at 8 am by intense drilling and banging, as engineers recommenced works on an elevator upgrade. When I called reception to understand what was going on, I was told that this was acceptable as the work start time can be 7am - slightly bemusing. Later, the check in clerk  apologised and agreed that 8am was not acceptable for works to start so close to customer rooms.

The room service was really poor. Whilst I don't expect gourmet food from room service, the spaghetti bolognese was dry (as if sat under a heat lamp) and flavourless. My fries were cold. Really disappointed.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in terms of service, location and overall facilities. Definitely the best hotel I have stayed in Berlin for the past three years. The hotel staff were very helpful always solution oriented and very friendly. We enjoyed the comfort of the room, the size was great and the cleaning and maintenance staff were all super. We were never asked if the room needs cleaning, instead it was always done even if we left a little later the room. The location was also perfect directly next to public transport and a line of taxis was always standing outside during the day. Overall very pleasant experience and would definitely come again

I loved this hotel. Nice 24 hrs gym, sauna, pool, lounge and lots of other facilities. It’s I. The central and there are so many landmarks on walking distance. Breakfast is really good specially the one you order. So much variety In the buffet.

Very nice hotel, centrally located.
very close to the metro station, mall of berlin and the station for the Hop on Hop off bus.
The rooms are well decorated and considerably a good size, beds are comfy and the service impeccable.
The pool was not as we expected, although we went late night, it was full of kids running around and the noise was echoing.

Highly recommend it for a stay in Berlin

Disappointed by Lack of Communication – Cigar Lounge Closed Without Notice

I had a very disappointing experience today at the Berlin Marriott Hotel. I specifically chose this hotel, because of the Cigar Lounge, where I enjoyed a cigar just yesterday. To my surprise, when I returned today hoping to enjoy a final cigar before my travel tomorrow, I was told the lounge was closed for renovations—without any prior notice.

There was no announcement, no signage, no heads-up from the staff during check-in or while I was there yesterday. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Guests deserve to be informed in advance about major facility closures, especially ones they may have planned around.

A simple notice or heads-up would’ve gone a long way. Very disappointed.
