This was our second visit to BrewDog, and while I was hoping for a better experience, I left disappointed. The biggest issue was the price it’s simply too expensive for what you get. I ordered the fried chicken, expecting a classic American-style dish, but it was so overwhelmingly spicy that we couldn’t eat it. There was no warning about the spice level, which made it even more frustrating.

That being said, the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which was the highlight of the evening. If only the food matched their warmth! Unfortunately, for the high prices and the lack of balance in the flavors, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

This is my to-go beer place if I want to hang out and spend time with my husband and friends. I like crafted beer, even though it's a bit expensive, but I am seeking for the good beer.

Service can be very slow because of the number of visitors come here. Hopefully the management can add the team, so the waiters are not overwhelming. I could understand how hectic it is when the visitors are really crowded, but it's better to take care of the workers as well. I know it's stressful to handle so many people 😅

Location is really strategic. It's next to U Frankfurter Tor and also tram.

I go here quite frequent. I like the chicken wings. That adds with the atmosphere which really makes me stay longer to chit chat.

“Great experience, but with one small downside”

I visited this restaurant with friends to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and overall, we had a very positive experience. The burgers were delicious, and the menu offers a great variety of options, both for food and drinks, catering to different tastes. The staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful, which made the experience even better than expected. The atmosphere is very pleasant, a good option for meeting friends on weekends or on special occasions.

However, one issue was the volume of the music, which was quite loud, forcing us to speak louder to hear each other. This could be a challenge for people with auditory sensitivities or those who prefer something less noisy. I believe it has more to do with the structure of the place, but it’s manageable somehow.

Overall, I recommend the restaurant, if they could make an adjustment of the music volume, certainly would make the experience even better!

I’ve been to several BrewDog locations before, but this was by far the worst experience. My friends and I came for the unlimited chicken wings and some beers—sounds simple enough, yet the staff here managed to completely fumble both.

We arrived at 6:30 PM. The place was about 80% full—not packed, but definitely not empty.

Overpriced Beer – Most beers were over €7 for just 0.25-0.33L

Slow & Small Wing Servings – Despite ordering quickly, we received only five rounds in two hours, each with just 5-6 wings—hardly "unlimited."

Declining Wing Quality – At first, the wings were okay for bar food, but by the third round, they tasted awful. The buffalo wings in particular just turned into pure vinegar—either the sauce was off, or the beer made it worse.

Incorrect Orders – Our waiter messed up the wing order twice, apologized, and promised to fix it—but never did.

Shady Billing – When it was time to pay, they ran out of receipt paper, so we had no way to verify what we were charged. We ended up paying €40 each for wings (€18), a small taster (4×200ml, supposedly ~€12), and a beer (€6). Something felt off, but without a receipt, we couldn’t check.

Overall, I won’t be coming back. While two of the four waiters were friendly, the rest were inattentive. Save your money and go elsewhere.

First things first, staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is super nice.

We went there to watch an Euro Cup match and it was nice, you can book in advance to make sure you’ll be able to seat in front of the tv (this includes a beer and nachos) for 15€

Food was tasty as well but a bit salty and not that cheap. However, if you share it’s worth it (specially the loaded Korean fries 🤤)

Beer is okay, you have plenty of options to choose from.
