It was my first time there and my first time when I bought myself professional equipment for the hiking and it was really great! I deadly recommend this place! Berater Leo was really kind and easily explained to me all the details and important information. Definitely coming back again!

Thank you so much. All the equipment I bought is fantastic, fully fit-for-purpose, reasonable priced, and super comfortable. It was very essential to manage the intense St Francis pilgrim trek to Assisi. Your staff is very knowledgeable and fun to engage with. Best outdoor shop in Berlin.

Always a super nice experience shopping at Camp4, everyone working there is so friendly, professional and helpful. Leo from the shoe department was amazing - he took loads of time to make sure we got the right shoes and was so friendly and knowledgeable, making sure we got exactly what we needed.

RUDE staff. The people working at this store could not possibly be more abrasive. They have an attitude like their store is too good for you. Gets two stars because they do have some cool gear, but you can buy anything in this store cheaper online. I’ve spent thousands of dollars in there over the years, just for convenience, but their service never gets any nicer.

Dropping a quick review here just after finishing another long hike in the trail runners they recommended me. I now have all my shoes from here; trail runners, alpine boots and climbing shoes. All of them have been excellent, they fit me really well (I have narrow feet and don't always find it easy to get a good fit) and have held up to a lot of wear and tear. I have spent a lot of money here but when I see how comfortable my feet are and how well my shoes last compared to my fellow hikers, I think it was 100% worth it. The staff have always been very knowledgeable and that clearly makes all the difference.
