Lovely hotel. The staff was great and very welcoming to myself and my son. The rooms were small but clean and a high end feeling. Location wise it was very close to a newer looking shopping area with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s a little outside of the city center but a short subway ride from all the attractions.

Fabulous stay. Got early check in and used the Club spa. King room with a view on 5th floor, quiet, and loved the layout of the room, esp the bathroom. Tip* if you plan to do in/out parking, let front desk know when you check in. If not, then you might have to pay double for 2 parking cards. Good, central location. Great breakfast until 11am. Friendly staff.

Surprised to find that this has been one of my favorite Hyatt properties yet. Rooms are luxurious with wood finishes, heated bathroom tiles (both in the main bathroom and the toilet room), and ample room for your luggage. Gym is spacious and spa comes with a wonderful sauna, steam room, cold plunge, relaxation area, locker rooms, showers (all complimentary, as well as treatments that you can pay for.

Hotel was really full of children which really surprised us looking at the hotel website, which looked more like a business/ couple hotel. Understandable that there's a lot of children at breakfast, but we didn't really think there would be so many in the club room, pool, spa. Children aren't allowed in the spa but three days of our stay there were kids hanging out right outside the sauna (with a parent) which you could hear and was uncomfortable with the amount of naked adults using the sauna. Children aren't allowed in the pool 7-10am, but after that, there was children playing loudly in the pool all day including at 7-8pm in the evening which again, surprised us as in the UK, kids would be eating dinner at this time. If you want an adult hotel, you would have been very disappointed.
On the other hand, we used the sauna area a lot (not the pool as too loud). The sauna was really excellent and although there are odd times when it gets busy, people rotate through quickly and it was never an issue. Sauna was a good size, good quality and nice and hot. Good plunge pool and showers outside and a good steam room. We really appreciated the relaxation room attached to quietly relax after the sauna, though it's a little dark to read at times, it was still much appreciated and the views are beautiful even if the weather isn't brilliant. There was a mix of people using the sauna naked (everyone without exception lays on a towel), and people wearing a bikini/ swim shorts. At times it was all naked, usually afternoon and evening,and at times more bikini etc more in the morning but that may be coincidence. Everyone seems polite and respectful of each others decisions either way.
We did use the club room which was a nice area to relax in outside our room. We enjoyed the food, a nice range each day, though as above, there were children in there, so noisy at times and it was also a little dark to read properly.
I would really prefer that they didn't have TV on in the club room, it made it feel more like an office or airport lounge having the news on 24/7 (no volume) and less like a luxury holiday.
The room was very nice, and bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Nice to have real artwork on the walls etc. nice to have underfloor heating in the bathroom too.
We had a room facing the courtyard and it was very very quiet, couldn't hear any city noises or sirens which is impressive for city center.
Quality of breakfast was very good.
Location of the hotel was good, easy to reach the s-ban/ u-ban subway and all the shops. Can walk to checkpoint Charlie and Brandenburg gate etc.
Strongly recommend going to Manifesto for lunch over the road, it's a really good quality food court with lots of cuisines from around the world, reasonably priced and excellent quality.

This was the greatest property I've ever stayed at in Europe. The service is absolutely superb. I cannot recall her name, but the young woman who checked us in at the Front Desk truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic. The lounge was well stocked and well staffed. My wife and I stayed here for a wedding Anniversary and they sent a Jar of Macaroons to our room. It was a lovely touch. Location is wonderful as well. Kudos to the staff and management for the warmth and professionalism- I worked in Hotels and a Cruise ship for years and this Service was Top Shelf.
