We had a fantastic stay at Hotel AMANO Berlin! From the moment we arrived, the service was top, friendly, professional. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city.

The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Considering the excellent service, great location, and cleanliness, the price-quality ratio is more than outstanding.

Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again!

Hotel is perfectly located, can easily walk or use all sorts of public transport to move around the city. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are exactly the size and has facilities as advertised.We got the suite, so definitely plenty of space, lots of storage. Very clean and really quiet. Had the best sleep, bed was super comfortable. Tap water is perfectly fine for drinking.A lot of restaurants and eateries just outside the door.
Lovely spot, definitely recommended.

I frequently stay at Amano Grand Central for business, and it’s always a solid choice. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Berlin Central Station, making it extremely convenient for travel.

The service is consistently kind and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of fresh and high-quality options. I were also allowed to take a coffee and croissant for a comfy breakfast in bed. Thank you!

For dining, the hotel features Gambino, a great Italian restaurant with a nice terrace, perfect for a relaxed meal. There’s also a rooftop restaurant and bar, offering great views and a stylish atmosphere.

Overall, a well-located, comfortable hotel that’s perfect for both business and leisure stays.

Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. The service was terrible, they cancelled my 2 night reservation and changed it to 1 night, refused to help, we needed to spend almost 1 hour on the phone with their booking department to get it fixed, they offered a room upgrade but we would need to pay for it - no thanks, they gave us the upgrade anyway but now we didn’t have breakfast anymore and had to pay again (charged us twice effectively). People at reception are just there to decorate because they could not do anything at all. In the room the coffee machine was broken, we had no sugar or anything for the coffee. We moved to intercity and it was meaningfully better. I was here for work, this was recommended by my company, I’ve asked them to stop recommending this hotel.

The room is so small that the bed is touching the shower. This means among others a mild smell of mold where you sleep.
The smoke detector was chirping throughout the night.
Don't fall for this trap.
