I adore Rocco Forte Hotels and the atmosphere 😍
I had an amazing stay in Berlin. We've arrived at the start of the Christmas market opening which was great and got to experience this wonderful service offered by RF staff. We've been offered a champagne on arrival, which was a great touch at the start of our journey.
Room was beautiful with a stunning view. All the little things offered by a hotel is amazing and made my stay special.
The spa facilities are great and I got to enjoy it everyday 😊
The food in the restaurant is simply amazing, the flavours and attention to detail, big bravo to chefs 😊

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel a few times for work when in Berlin, and it’s easily my favorite in the city + among the absolute best I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you enter the hotel and check in, you truly feel like a valued guest. Every detail is thoughtfully attended to: the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, room service and daily cleaning, the quality of the breakfast, and the friendly, attentive service.

What stands out most to me is their openness to feedback on an eye-to-eye level, which makes the experience feel personal and tailored. They genuinely strive to make every stay even more exceptional, and this willingness to listen and improve sets them apart.

The hotel’s rooftop is great in the summer, offering a brilliant view and a fantastic ambiance. The spa area is equally impressive - great facilities paired with warm, accommodating service make it well worth a visit.

Everything about this hotel is extraordinary, and I can’t wait to return!

Our stay at the Hotel de Rome was exceptional for many reasons. Exceptional enough to compel me to leave a review, which I never do.

Every inch of the hotel is in immaculate condition. Every corner has been attended to. There is no mildew on the carpets. There is no dust behind the beds.  The pool water feels so fresh that you could drink it. And the pool room smells clean instead of like bleach or feet.

There is also a rhythm to the service here. Management pays close attention. For example, I would go down to breakfast (which is excellent) and come back to my room having been cleaned. I would come home from work and notice that they not only did their evening turn down service, but also left the window open like I preferred. Of course, they were noticing my schedule but I never felt watched – just seen.

The staff is at the top of their game here. Multiple staff greeted my by name. At some point, I felt a little guilty that I didn’t remember their names. That is how comfortable they made me.

Astrid the bartender in the restaurant took very special care of us. We were in Berlin on business so we would come back to the hotel late, sometimes right before closing. We are a big unruly group. She really crushed it. She made delicious drinks. She also begged the kitchen to stay open a little longer on our behalf (the food is great, too). Astrid also gave some KILLER nightlife suggestions that we would not have sorted without her. Thank you, Astrid! I hope management appreciates her talents.

Hotel de Rome has earned a lifetime customer. When I’m in Berlin, I’ll be staying there.

This is our go to hotel when we are in Rome. We travel with a child and each time we’ve visited, they always offer him stuffed animals, coloring books, and even a kid friendly bubbly to toast with us parents upon arrival. They have games that you can request and they’ll bring them to your room.

The staff is always very attentive and they go above and beyond for their guest. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here. The location is also great. You have several stations nearby and plenty of restaurants to try.

Don’t forget to try their spa. I recommend a massage. They brought my sister in law a small cake to celebrate her birthday. It was totally unexpected and so kind of them. The pool area is nice as well. Definitely plan an afternoon to enjoy the spa area. It’s a great treat after enjoying the sites in Berlin.

Superb hotel, excellent location to access the heart of Berlin.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are uniformly excellent; service was professional and fast; the food at the in-house restaurant was delicious. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and I slept very well. Even with a roaring Christmas market out front in Babelplatz, inside the hotel it was very quiet.
