I shelled out for a suite. Mid point of my euro trip so I wanted a nice space to retreat. The room was large. That was the good bit. Not clean, some sort of rubber carpet that feels dirty under foot. Floor tiles in bathroom and toilet filthy. Pillows way too thin. I had a tissue box with one tissue in it. Used it, they “serviced” the room and didn’t replace the tissues. Having to haul cases up stairs was the cherry on the cake. Honestly don’t waste your money

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located.

The room we had was however a little underwhelming and uninviting.

Unfortunately the only lift to the 3rd floor was out of order a few times over our 2 day stay which was a little inconvenient seeing that we had a baby stroller with us. With that said, the hotel staff allowed us to store the stroller in the luggage room in reception.

Fantastic hotel by the river. I was staying in one of the suites, which was glorious - spacious, luxurious, peaceful, great view from the balcony, large bath and shower, massive bed. Basically everything you could wish for when visiting the busy city. Breakfast was delicious too!
The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Patricia, who was quick to respond to any requests and always smiling.
I'd recommend this hotel (especially the suites) for anyone visiting the area.

I would like to express my immense gratitude to the receptionist who helped resolve the payment issue with cash. Her professionalism and friendliness are truly impressive! She not only quickly and efficiently solved the problem but did so with an incredible positive attitude. It’s such a pleasure when hotel staff are so goal-oriented and attentive to every guest. Her approach to service left a very positive impression and definitely changes my perspective on the quality of service. A big thank you to her for the help and for such excellent service!

Cozy hotel, nice staff, spacious rooms and very central. Only thing could be a 24 h reception or a service number for issues arriving after 6pm, unfortunately the first night of my stay the balcony was not accessible but the next morning I received a new downgraded room. Special thanks to Mar which has been nothing but a sweetheart my entire stay. This hotel is a go to.
