Great hotel in a convenient location. Walkable to shops, restaurants, transport. Good large rooms and great shower. Location is also quiet. Beds comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a large selection. I would stay here again and highly recommend staying.

Good location with nearby and easy transport options. Comfortable and spacious room on 7th floor, I think an accessible room, which I didn't need but nice to have nevertheless. Comfortable and quiet. I had a room only booking for 7 nights and only had the breakfast buffet on first day, good but not outstanding - not worth €25 per day. I had to chase the lack of coffee replacements for my room, and initially got given the wrong type (pods for a machine, but my room only had a kettle) so had to chase again, this was disappointing so reduces my ratings slightly. A simple thing to get right!

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and I really enjoyed it. There’s also a great bar next to the restaurant, which was a nice touch.

My room was spacious, but unfortunately, my bathroom sink was clogged and filled up instantly. Despite my stay lasting a full week, this issue was never fixed, which was frustrating. Additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent—some days, they didn’t replace my used towels or restock water bottles in the fridge. Worse, even though I placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, housekeeping still entered to clean my room, which was a clear disregard for privacy.

Another downside was the limited availability of English TV channels, as most of them weren’t working. The internet connection was poor and inconsistent, which made it difficult to work or stream content. The check-in and check-out process was just okay, but it took a long time for the staff to find all our rooms and provide invoices.

The location was convenient, though road construction in the area caused traffic issues. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it did lead to some taxi drivers dropping us off across the street instead of at the entrance.

Overall, the hotel has some great aspects, but there are several service and maintenance issues that need improvement.

I visited with my friends for three days . The room was very clean which very vital for my friends and I .The location of the hotel was close by the metro station and there was a bustop on the corner of the hotel so the transport was easy . There was a weird smell on the hallway but other than that everything was good. That staff helped us with our luggage and we left them on their storage so that we can see the city . Thank you for everything!! I highly recommended it . As I saw it was child and pet friendly too .

The staff are so helpful and friendly. The play area is a great idea. The rooms are beautiful and cleaners are amazing.
The breakfast is well overpriced for what is on offer and self service. The food menu could be improved.
Location is very good. Walking distance to u bhan.
