I stayed for 5days, it was such a enjoyable experience. The hotel is lovely, very clean and tidy. The room are very nice with amazing views ( I was on the 29th floor). We always had a good night's sleep, with the comfortable beds and the peace and quiet, you couldn't hear any traffic or noise from outside. The breakfast was always outstanding, one of the best selections of food I've seen in a hotel. We will definitely be returning for another stay.

I came back today from this fabulous hotel, location excellent, staff very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and could go upto 11am. Brilliant that you don't have to check out till midday. Even visited the gym which was well equipped, and enjoyed the rooftop views. Would 100% recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel was good and in a good location there was a couple of things kind of put me off .... First of all I don't appreciate being woken up at 7.45am / 8am in the morning by house keeping to see if I want my bed made and then again at 9am / 9.30am I understand its a big hotel with lots of rooms but 8am , that is to early,  the next thing is I asked for a double bed and I got 2 single beds pushed together, which moved apart in the night which was bad because I couldn't sleep well because I had to keep getting up to push the beds back together,  and when it tells you it's a double bed you expect a double,  and lastly the WiFi was shockingly bad , one minute it would work and then it didn't so that needs looking at.

But other then them 3 things the hotel was clean,  friendly and in a good location.

Very clean and great location. However, I would not stay here again. The open plan bathroom is quite frankly sub-optimal and affords little privacy. One can't help thinking this concept was adopted in order to squeeze more rooms in and make more money. Privacy is clearly something that hotel designers don't value. The rooms are very small, coffee not replenished. Give me a proper private bathroom anytime though.

Fine, but I was charged for a room booking that I'd made and cancelled within the cancellation period.  I was only refunded after several emails but not the full amount I'd paid.

It would be much better if the door facing Alexanderplatz was open all the time to save having to walk through the coach park.
