During my time living in Poland, I must have eaten a few hundred kebabs, but even the best of them don’t come close to Ruyam.
If you, like me, came from another country and want to understand what makes Berlin kebabs so special, head here right away!
What I experienced is beyond words. An incredible richness of flavors hits you from the very first bite. This is hands down the best kebab I’ve had in my entire life. If anyone’s wondering whether it’s worth coming here—my advice is: absolutely, without a doubt.

Went there to try their infamous gemuse kebab and had to queue for a good 40 mins (I felt like their serving speed can be improved), but it was worth it. One of the best kebabs (but not the best) I've tried! I love how they put feta cheese and some fried seasoned potato dice in the kebab, very good!!

And they accept cash only, what a bummer! Its 2025, obviously very profitable, but doesnt want to invest in a machine?!

Certainly on the perfect shawarmas I’ve had anywhere really. Very simple and very very good.

The meat is perfectly juicy with a very tasty Maillard crust, the vegetables are not excessive and none are wilted thus providing perfect balance and crust.  The size is generous but not in any way excessive.

I am sure one can make a similarly great shawarma yet I’m hard pressed to see how it can be better.

Food was alright but looking at the opinions we expected something more extraordinary. We ordered kebab plate and durum. Chicken meat was mediocre. Reasonable prices and polite staff. I probably won’t visit this place again.
