One of the best bars in Berlin so far, great atmosphere and well dressed staff. Big up to the whole staff who always check on you and make sure your drink is as you want it etc. Not to forget the discovery when a had a Mozarella sandwich prepared by their chef, I can tell you it was the best one I had ever, delicious. I recommend 200%

Visited on a Thursday evening with 2 colleagues, met by a lady at the door who turned us away as apparently they didn't have space! 3 company directors smartly dressed, maybe she didn't like us arriving on electric scooters! Walked across the road to the Tiger Bar to find excellent friendly service.

I have been to many bars.
2 of the bar staff were really nice, one though made you feel like you wasn't good enough to be able to have a drink there.
For all he had known, I was a millionaire. However, he was rude and looked down on you.

However, the drinks were nice, but the barman service skills leave a lot of be desired.

The artwork is also amazing in there.

This place is not for visitors.
They’ll make sure to make you feel not welcome.
Drinks are bomb, ambient is great. Most people are nice.

Worst hospitality experience i’ve ever had. Reserved for 9 people to celebrate a friends birthday, our server was an older woman with absolutely no patience. One girl in our group ordered the wrong drink on accident as the bar was loud and communication wasn’t always easy, when kindly asked(not insisted), if the drink could be replaced, we were met with scolding and aggressive mannerisms toward the girl. Around 30 minutes later the woman came again and asked if we were ready for another round which we declined as we were in conversation and hadn’t looked at the menu. An hour after that she came again and asked and we said we’d do another round but need to look at the menu for a few minutes as we’d still been very engaged in conversation. This prompted her to an over 5 minute speech on how: we had enough time to look at the menu and that’s it’s been there the entire time; we needed to order drinks right now or get out; usually she makes 500€ netto per group at this table; didn’t spend enough money; portrayed us as being ignorant and hogging the space; said she’d much rather have her regulars get this spot so we needed to leave, amongst other things. She followed this up by saying „Könnt ihr mich denn irgendwie verstehen?“ to which I responded no, her then sighing disgustedly and asking if we’re gonna order anything then. Half of our table wanted to order however we cancelled that as she said those not ordering need to leave. I myself work in hospitality and this pure disrespect, aggressive manner and almost preconceived classism is completely unacceptable no matter the quality of your establishment. If she would’ve warned us before that we get a time frame of reservation let’s say 90 minutes where we need to spend 500€ that would’ve been completely fine but no warning and then a complete melt down and scolding? I’ve also had considerably better daiquiris, but atleast they weren’t stingy on the amount of alcohol.
