A part of the original Berlin Wall with paintings on the road side and graffiti on the riverside. There are nice seating arrangements and parks on the side of the river to relax and enjoy this open air gallery. Lots of pictures and very nice ones. Worth visiting if you are in Berlin. Another way would be to board the 300 bus and that straddles through the whole east side gallery.

I feel that this is the best among what the city of Berlin can offer. It is well deserved to be a place to commemorate the history of division while demonstrating human creativities that mirror the tragedies that occurred in the area. I was glad to have an opportunity to meet the dark times through those murals.
