The food is amazing but the service is not what you'd expect from this kind of restaurant. They didn't clean the table before laying the cutlery (!), took 10 minutes to bring our wine, asked if we were German, and neither me nor my companion felt they gave much importance to my gluten intolerance ("it's gluten free but if there's a bit of gluten, will you jump off your chair?", the waiter asked). Celiac people, stay away. People who look for excellent service, think twice about coming here.

Awesome position right on the shore of the lake.
Modern, stylish hotel with helpful, friendly staff.  Breakfast was good; plenty of choice and quantity.  Home away from home.  I will book again.

Great rooms, great breakfast and very friendly service. I usually travel here for work, not for tourism.

In summer the hotel overlooks the Bodensee and in winter you can do everything you need without leaving the hotel, since it has a bar/restaurant and the wi-fi works very well.
