Wer hier in der Region ein Lokal für besondere Anlässe oder einfach ein kulinarisches Highlight sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
Für mich persönlich keine "Wirtschaft für jeden Tag", aber wenn es was wirklich Gutes und "gekocht mit Herz" sein soll, dann ist man im Hirsch bestens aufgehoben.
Der Service war unaufdringlich und super herzlich und authentisch. Das Menü einfach nur GROSSARTIG. Mein persönliches Highlight waren die Käsknödel, als Bayerin bekomm ich die nicht so fluffig hin....
Aber auch die anderen Gänge waren geschmacklich und handwerklich super abgestimmt und umgesetzt.
Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass es nicht zum letzten Mal war.

If you are looking for a restaurant in the region for special occasions or simply a culinary highlight, you have come to the right place.
For me personally, it's not an "everyday restaurant", but if you want something really good and "cooked with heart", then the Hirsch is the place for you.
The service was unobtrusive and super warm and authentic. The menu is just GREAT. My personal highlight were the cheese dumplings, as a Bavarian I can't get them that fluffy...
But the other courses were also superbly coordinated and executed in terms of taste and craftsmanship.
This was my second time here, but I'm sure it wasn't the last.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier. Die Auswahl der Essen auf der Karte Ist zwar sehr übersichtlich, jedoch wird in der Karte auch sehr gut erklärt warum. Bei den Getränken ist die Auswahl sehr gross.
Unsere Bestellung wurde von der super freundlichen Bedienung schnell aufgenommen und kam zügig an den Tisch. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker, toll abgeschmeckt und ansehnlich präsentiert.
Wir hatten einen tollen Abend und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Our order was quickly taken by the super friendly waitress and brought to the table quickly. The dishes were very tasty, well seasoned and attractively presented.
