Very modern, with lovely decor. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast choice was great as were the cocktails!
Centrally placed to get to all the tourist sites easily, we jumped on the 100 or 200 bus which was a 7 minute stroll from the hotel and we saw everything on our list.

Hotel is decent. Breakfast is sub-par. I had to ask for gluten free bread and then waited 10 minutes for someone to bring 2 rolls to my table. Cheese selection lacking. The staff is generally quite stiff apart from the bellman/concierge who is always smiling and trying to help. He is of Lebanese decent.

A waitress by the name of Monica was especially rude to my wife. My wife had ordered from the lobby bar some food to eat, then asked the waiter if she can sit at the restaurant as the tables at the lobby weren't suited for eating. He graciously approved, and as he walked her over to the restaurant, Monica walked out of the kitchen and said what is this? She yelled at the waiter, yelled at my wife and said she can't sit there. Monica is lucky I wasn't around. She wouls not have liked my reaction very much.

If she cannot deal with customer's perhaps she should pick another industry. Hospitality is clearly not suited for her.

Central heating was impossible to turn off in the room. We had to get someone from the technical department to switch it off.

You can do much better DoubleTree and for God's sake teach your staff to smile

Super clean, fast service and friendly staff.
We stayed one night for a staycation and were very happy.
The lobby has a very cozy environment and of course we love the cookie at the check in !

We loved the hotel. The hotel is newly opened, beautifully designed. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was very good. We had a wonderful holiday from beginning to end, we were very pleased. I definitely recommend it. I  already made my next reservation.
