Fantastic staff, fantastic views, amazing service. Everything was top notch and the reception is the most helpful you can imagine. It's wonderful. Will absolutely return again!

I can't say that I enjoyed Berlin, but this place was a gem.  Well staffed, well appointed, and a fantastic breakfast.  Located in a residential area with many young families milling about.  Great selection of restaurants nearby as well.

I can't say enough about how wonderful all the staff are there. I met all the friendly staff at the desk and in the dining room. I was there for medical reasons for 2 weeks, and I can't speak any German. Everyone was so thoughtful and helpful. I loved my time there, and it was sad to say goodbye.
The room was well looked after and cleaned every day. I had plenty of space in the room for my exercises, and it had a big bathroom. There was a very nice garden out the back to smoke, have a drink or a coffee. There is only one thing  I feel the room is needs is a small fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee. 1💙 to the staff.
Ps. I managed to post photos of all the lovely staff at the deck, but I missed out on some of the beautiful people in the restaurant.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. One staff member printed out our route and helped us with directions. The hotel is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Good location. 20min walk from shopping centre/high street. Bus stop right outside and also train station 5 minutes away. Everything is very easily assessable.
Rooms are okay if you're going for work. No kettle, no iron, but these things could be requested when you go to the reception. Breakfast was very healthy. No English breakfast (sausage, bacon, beans), but they do have a nice selection of things.

They have a little spa upstairs on level one. It was a little hard to find, the hotel is like a maze. Spa includes a sauna, two lounge beds a seat to cool down after the sauna (I don't know what it's called), perfect for two people, but could fit more.

I would recommend the hotel if you are there for a short amount of time or for work or for a shopping trip. It is still a great place.

We missed the deadline to cancel our reservation by only a few hours and the hotel wants to charge us 90% of the price of the stay. We use this hotel a lot and I am really surprised at the lack of empathy and understanding here. When we told you about the cancelation, you still had 1 whole week to fill the room, and even if not we are (were) good clients. Super unhappy! Do not recommend at all.
