Brunch: Loved the laid back, relaxed atmosphere. Perfectly Poached Eggs, both Benedict and Florentine - gorgeously presented. Superb French Toast with dark berry compote. Loved the Crêpes, too. All enjoyed with a delicious sparkler - méthode traditionelle - from the region. The cappuchini though, too milky for my tastebuds... a slightly stronger roast would do no harm. Thanks Team BEES for that great sunday noon. Can't wait to come back for dinner!

Culinary highlight of the entire Rheingau, modern fusion kitchen with extraordinary combinations you don’t usually find, big vegan selection and understanding chef who customises if necessary, huge wine selection with option to taste through typical Rheingau region wines as well as natural, national and South African wines with sommelier to advise. Ambience and staff making it a perfect finish. Highly recommended!!

We went in, asked where we could seat, there were at least 6 tables free but they told us they could not accommodate us. We went to the bistro next door and we finished in 1.5 hours, staring at the free tables (there were only two couples jn). Perhaps we did not look fancy enough for the restaurant despite wearing dresses, in any way we would not recommend it since the atmosphere there was obviously very judgy.

I can't speak highly enough of this restaurant. We ordered a la carte, rather than the set menu, but we ordered almost every dish. Every dish we tried was of the very highest quality. The taste, originality, and presentation were superb.

The atmosphere was fabulous. Our table for two was outside, raised above the neighbouring courtyard, almost giving the impression of private dining. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very hospitable.

BEES was absolutely the culinary highlight of our whole trip down the Rhine.
