Nach monatelangem Verschleppen eines Abrufs aus einem Rahmenauftrag wurden 2 Panel als Speditionsfracht versendet obwohl mehrfach auf die Dringlichkeit hingewiesen wurde.
Nachdem die Sendung dann tagelang bei DHL nicht bewegt wurde bekam ich als Antwort auf meine Nachfrage ob sich jemand darum kümmern kann gesagt, dass dies keine Priorität hat.
Selbstredend wird der Rahmenvertrag nicht erneuert, sondern nach einem zuverlässigen Lieferanten gesucht.

After months of delaying a call-off from a framework order, 2 panels were sent as freight despite the urgency being pointed out several times.
After the shipment had not been moved by DHL for days, when I asked if someone could take care of it, I was told that it was not a priority.
Of course, the framework agreement will not be renewed, but a reliable supplier will be sought.

Absolut Ausgezeichneter und empfehlenswerter Hersteller von Gehäusen und Schaltschränken für die unterschiedlichsten (Spezial-) Anwendungsbereiche. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets sehr bemüht ihre Kunden bestens zu beraten und alles Mögliche möglich zu machen. Schade dass der Fachhandel dessen Potential bisher nicht in dem Maße erkannt hat.

Absolutely excellent and recommended manufacturer of housings and control cabinets for a wide variety of (special) areas of application. The employees always try very hard to give their customers the best advice and to make everything possible possible. It's a shame that specialist retailers have not yet recognized its potential to the same extent.
