The coffee and food are great, but the staff is what really breaks this for me. One of the two employees was nice, but the other one treated us like we were a burden, rolled their eyes at us multiple times, was rude in serving us, side-eyed us at least twice and generally made us feel very unwelcome. I could understand this if the place was too crowded and stressful, but there was not enough to do to justify being so rude to customers. It's a shame because the products are great, but when there's so many coffee places in the city, I will not come back to somewhere I didn't have a good time. The coffee and food are good but not enough to make up for the bad attitude (and lack of bathroom).
