Absolutely gorgeous evening. Thoughtfully prepared dishes and drink combinations, i couldn’t believe what i was served as an alcohol-free diner, so much fun! The most beautifully designed- the immersive experience of blindly trusting chef’s menu makes it a total celebration of curiosity and creativity. Wonderful restaurant, lucky to be around.

Ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir waren schon in einigen  hochklassigen Restaurants, aber dieses sticht heraus. Der Alleinkoch hat jeden Teller frisch zubereitet und angerichtet während man in der offenen Küche das Geschehen verfolgen konnte. Der Service von Frau Specht war herzlich und zuvorkommend, ein bisschen wie als wenn man bei seiner Oma zu Besuch ist, einfach toll. Das Essen war Spitze, geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmt und optisch absolut ansprechend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A great experience. We've been to some high-end restaurants, but this one stands out. The sole chef freshly prepared and served every plate while you could follow what was happening in the open kitchen. Ms. Specht's service was warm and courteous, a bit like visiting your grandma, just great. The food was top notch, perfectly balanced in taste and absolutely visually appealing. We'd love to come back.

Frau Specht: Echtes, feines Handwerk. Jeder Teller wird von Herrn B. zubereitet und angerichtet. Hier wird dem ehrlichen Genuss gehuldigt. Wenn die Türe sich hinter dem Gast schließt, kreist man um den Meister in seiner edlen Küche. Der wechselnde Duft, die konzentrierte Arbeit des Herrn B.: Mittendrin, statt nur dabei. Ein Spitzenkoch bedient seine 18 Gäste.

Wir haben komplett vegetarisch genossen. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Ein sehr leichtes, duftiges, sommerliches, überaus schmackhaftes Menü. Wunderbar. Dankeschön!
PS: Das für andere Gäste zubereitete Fleisch duftete fantastisch. Ein weiter Grund, für zukünftige Besuche!

Ms. Specht: Real, fine craftsmanship. Every plate is prepared and served by Mr. B. Here we pay homage to honest enjoyment. When the door closes behind the guest, you circle around the master in his elegant kitchen. The changing scent, the concentrated work of Mr. B.: right in the middle of it all, not just there. A top chef serves his 18 guests.

We enjoyed it completely vegetarian. Really recommended. A very light, fragrant, summery, extremely tasty menu. Wonderful. Thank you very much!
