This restaurant is the more informal wing of the Michelin star restaurant next door. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcomed our party that also included a 5-month old baby without issues. We selected a 4-course tasting menu with wine pairing and everything was delicious. Given the elevated level of the cuisine, the servings were also fairly generous. Really recommended and also fairly priced (around 60€ for the menu plus 15€ for two glasses of wine). Hopefully next time I will also be able to take part in one of their cooking classes, as this time our class was cancelled because of too few participants! Looking forward to another visit!

The atmosphere was nice, the service was attentive but stiff and unfortunately the food - Wiener Schnitzel - was slightly below average

It is a good place to eat well. The starters (soups) were very good and the presentation was nice. The ambience was also very pleasant and there is a small kids' corner.

However, the service does not correspond with the level you should expect in restaurants of similar price range. Not particularly polite, friendly and lacking attentiveness. Empty plates remain on the table, orders are not taken on time.

When we asked about a wine recommendation, instead of consulting with us, the waiter just came with some bottle and poured it directly without asking or offering to try it beforehand. Apparently, there is also a lack of self-reflection as nobody seemed to be particularly interested if we actually liked this kind of behavior and enjoyed the evening.

Drinks are very overpriced (8,5€ for 1l of still water). I would spend my money elsewhere, where I feel appreciated as a customer.

Update after the reply from the owner: There was absolutely no explanation regarding the red wine. No consultation nor recommendation, no tasting beforehand. Apparently also no sommelier around.

The rest is correct. The reply shows, though, like in previous reviews, a lack of self reflection and an apparent unwillingness to hear criticism and to improve. It was not our first visit but we will not come again.

We had a family dinner, celebrating a birthday, and a business lunch at the restaurant. Both events were very enjoyable. Food was delicious, the plates looked very appealing, came hot to the table, and service was attentive and very friendly. Having talked to the restaurant ahead of time they baked a very tasty birthday cake which was delightful and provided for a very nice closure of our family celebration. For both events we sat outside in the airy, appealing and comfortably furnished courtyard, the slight downside was the occasional traffic noise, specifically in the evening.
