Excellent lunch menu served in traditional dining area by friendly, competent staff. Totally enjoyable from start to finish.  Price was more than fair, given the quality and variety of the meal.

Updating my review from September 2019. Haven't been able to travel here since then but I'm happy to report that the Muehlenhof is just as good now as it's been in the past. In fact, I noticed a Michelin sign at the entrance, dated 2021. It's a very relaxed atmosphere, even moreso than in 2019. One can wear shorts, go barefoot, you name it. Maybe a bit too relaxed for my ex-Army officer taste but such is Deutschland today.

First-class restaurant! Excellent service and faultless meals.  Very fair prices too.  Book in advance as this is a popular place.

Spent two weeks there in June and we were treated like family as my wife is from the local  area and has stayed there on all her trips home. The breakfast is the best way to start your day and the kitchen produces top notch food.
