This is a hidden gem with some of the best food in the region, great location and very good service. We go here often, although it is a 1h30m drive from our home.

Desserts really amazing. Mains very meaty and huge portions, not normally a complaint but left us very stuffed. Flavours in mains lacking anything special. Starters very good though.

Our friends took us there for lunch. I had trout and my husband had venison. They were both absolutely fantastic. The service was perfect and very friendly.

Spent the weekend there with friends of mine incl. rooms and 6-course dinner and a fanstatic breakfast the next day. This place is just simply amazing. The rooms (3-star standard) are newly renovated, immaculate and clean. Food, drinks and service were perfect as always. This place is simply superb!
