1.	The worst issue was the hotel staff’s lack of responsiveness. We asked them to fix the WiFi, they said they would do it, and then they just started ignoring our messages. It was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
2.	The room design lacks practicality—it’s just an example, but the toilet door is transparent! There’s no privacy, as it’s in direct view from the bed.
3.	The WiFi wasn’t working at all.
4.	The soap in the shower was empty.
5.	The location isn’t within walking distance from the town center.

Hotel itself is very good. We had a room with balcony, a lot of space and great view. Enough space for parking, dogs are allowed. Very friendly staff and perfect breakfast. Good location for hiking or visiting other cities by car or by train. We also had a dinner there, käseplate was quite good. Steak was also very tasty even my friend complained it was not real "medium".

Had lunch here on the last Friday of January. We arrived quiet late but were welcomed. Service abut chaotic.
The restaurant is recently modernised and one can imagine they want to be different than the traditional German restaurants.
Quality of the food is good as one would expect for the prices the ask. However it was a pity to have the schnitzel auf wiener art with meditterenean spices: the original one made with good quality meat and in the right way doesn't need these modern additions.
Anyways, I would eventually come back to give it a second try.

A wonderful and peaceful place. My husband and I went there just for one night before going to Heidelberg for the Xmas market (no other place was available around). All people from Landgasthof Rebstock are very nice and will do everything for you to have a nice time at their Gasthof. I absolutely recommend this place! Dinner and breakfast are "sehr lecker" too :)

Very good food. However: Service system with the lights and buttons doesn’t work. Waited half hour for someone to make our bill.
