Das Essen war fein, leider waren weder die Tischgestaltung und Dekoration noch der Service den Preisen entsprechend. So verlieren sie wiederkehrende Kundschaft. Die Servicemitarbeiterin stand nicht nur mit ihren Schuhen auf Stühlen die wir verwendet haben, sondern hat bei der Abrechnung unserer Gruppe unfassbar viele Fehler gemacht. Am Ende wurde uns vermeintlich zu viel abgerechnet weil die Mitarbeiter sich scheinbar nicht mit dem Kassensystem auskennen. Wir mussten gute 20-30 minuten warten bis die Abrechnungsschwierigkeiten behoben waren. Nicht eine Entschuldigung haben wir für die Unnanehmlichkeiten erhalten. Von dem Verhalten der Servicekraft möchte ich garnicht erst reden - Die Dame war sichtlich genervt und hat dies uns auch spüren lassen. Hier und da ein komischer Spruch war für uns auch drin. Wirklich ein Armutszeugnis für ein Restaurant, das Premiumpreise verlangt.

The food was fine, unfortunately neither the table design and decoration nor the service corresponded to the prices. This is how they lose repeat customers. The service employee not only stood with her shoes on chairs that we used, but also made an incredible number of errors when billing our group. In the end, we were apparently overcharged because the employees didn't seem to be familiar with the cash register system. We had to wait a good 20-30 minutes until the billing problems were resolved. We didn't receive an apology for the inconvenience. I don't even want to talk about the behavior of the service staff - the lady was visibly annoyed and let us feel it too. There was also a funny saying here and there for us. Really a disgrace for a restaurant that charges premium prices.

Sehr gutes Essen und freundlicher Service. Man versucht wirklich gehoben zu kochen und das gelingt ganz gut. Die Preise sind etwas zu hoch. Aber wir hatten einen netten Abend.

Erstklassiges Restaurant. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Über das Hotel kann ich leider nichts sagen. Meine Frau hat aber ihren Aufenthalt vor 2 Jahren sehr genossen

Das Ambiente ist ist modern und ansprechend. Der Service nett und aufmerksam. Das Essen war lecker und frisch, stellenweise recht stark gesalzen (und ich bin nicht empfindlich). Zur Abwertung haben der hohe Preis, der nicht zur Leistung gepasst hat, sowie ein schmutziges Weinglas geführt. Alles in allem wirklich leckeres Essen mit überhöhtem Preis für die Leistung! Ich glaube wir kommen eher nicht wieder.

The ambience is modern and appealing. The service was nice and attentive. The food was tasty and fresh, quite heavily salted in places (and I'm not sensitive). The high price, which did not match the performance, and a dirty wine glass led to the devaluation. All in all, really tasty food with an exorbitant price for the service! I think we probably won't come back.
