Horrible club. Yesterday, after paying 23€ for the entry and being 4h in the queue, we didn't even get in because they sold more tickets than were available. Don't go, lousy attitude of a fancy club.

I had purchased tickets well in advanced for an Aeden event for 14.09.2021 but on the day after standing in line for one hour they say due to max out of crowd they can’t let any more people entered already.
They told me that they would refund the money once I contacted them, it’s been more than 3 years they don’t return my money.

They tried to remove this negative review multiple times even though i provided proper information, trying to hide bad customer experience.

Everyone watch out for this place! You can buy tickets. You can come to the door but they won't let you in. I guess the bouncer can reject your entrance if he doesn’t like the color of your shoes or if you Don't know the answer to his secret questions.

We went for the Christmas market and that was a little too crowded for our liking and not too many good designers. Otherwise fun though, including with some performances
