I stayed here over the weekend when attending a conference. Starting with the good, check in was quick and breakfast was excellent. My issue was the lack of management help and cleanliness.

The duvet cover was not long enough to fit the entire duvet so half of it was sticking out and the cleaners just folded it onto the bed. The interior is used between customers so it had hair on it and it was just pretty disgusting. I tried to call the reception from my room but the phone was dead.

The next day, I informed the staff and they told me to email the management which I did but they didn’t clean or send anyone to my room. I brought it up again at check out and they said to email the management again. I have still not received anything from them. It just felt like they didn’t want to deal with the issue and were trying to offload the work to me.

Overall, if you end up lucky with the cleanliness it’s a fine place to stay but if anything goes wrong know that you won’t be able to reach anyone to help.

Great location, close to Uber Arena anx some nice restaurants.
Breakfast was good and included in the price.
The service at the desk was ok.
Good check in experience.
The rooms are clean.

Very friendly staff. They were amazing. Getting an early check-in after hours of traveling was refreshing. Big, clean, spacious room with a lovely view. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Tasty breakfast with a good selection. No complaints here. Would recommend.

Located perfectly, with great and polite staff.

Breakfast was okay, even though I would have wanted to get some fresh juice instead of condensed ones. And the late checkout is quite expensive.

Good Hotel for business trip or attending an event in Uber arena. Breakfast is good, fresh with wide variety of options. Rooms are compact but make the most of the space. Clean on arrival. Only attend rooms if requested. I stayed 3 nights with no room check. Nice walk along river with East Side Gallery wall art immediately outside the hotel. East side Mall is also nearby if you need any shopping. Requested a taxi for 3am and the team took care of me. Would return for sure.
