Die kulinarische Reise war überraschend, spannend und aufregend. Die Weinbegleitung war perfekt abgestimmt und hat in Kombination mit den Gerichten die Geschmackserlebnisse noch betont. Die Kombination von internationalen und regionalen Zutaten in den Gerichten war eine Erfahrung.
Das Team kocht in einer offenen Küche im Gastraum und hat die Gerichte, Getränke und deren Zutaten vorgestellt, war immer gerne bereit Fragen zu beantworten und uns mit Hintergründen zu erfreuen.
Die Atmosphäre ist intim und gemütlich mit Blick auf den Teich in einer wunderschönen Landschaft sehr entspannend.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Abend. Super Essen und Weine. Auch die alkoholfreie Auswahl war Klasse. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen aber eventuell mit Übernachtung, um auch die guten Weine voll auskosten zu können.

Ein rundum gelungener Abend mit einer tollen Gourmetreise auf dem Teller und im Glas.
In beinah schon intimer Atmosphäre präsentiert der Schweizer Chefkoch Ralph persönlich seine Kreationen am Tisch und nimmt sich jede Menge Zeit jeden einzelnen Gang mit den Gästen zu besprechen.
Das war wirklich toll. Selten hat man die Möglichkeit, so tief in die Gedankenwelt des Kochs mit eintauchen zu können.  Ralph beantwortete geduldig all unsere Fragen und verriet uns sogar einige seiner Zubereitungstricks.
Alle Gänge waren optisch und geschmacklich absolut auf Sterne🌟 Niveau.  Auch gab es innerhalb des Menüs keinen Gang der in irgendeiner Form abgefallen wäre. Die Weinbegleitung war auch sehr gut abgestimmt und wir haben mit dem 19 Crimes Cali Red eine tolle neue Entdeckung gemacht.
Wir wünschen dem Joseph's fine dining weiterhin guten Erfolg und Zuspruch. Auf einen erneuten Besuch freuen wir uns schon heute.

In an almost intimate atmosphere, the Swiss chef Ralph personally presents his creations at the table and takes plenty of time to discuss each individual course with the guests.
That was really great. You rarely have the opportunity to delve so deeply into the mind of the chef.  Ralph patiently answered all of our questions and even shared some of his preparation tricks with us.
All courses were absolutely on a star level in terms of appearance and taste.  There was also no course within the menu that was different in any way. The wine pairing was also very well coordinated and we made a great new discovery with the 19 Crimes Cali Red.
We wish Joseph's fine dining continued success and encouragement. We are already looking forward to visiting again today.

Tatsächlich gibt es nichts, was ich bemängeln könnte oder möchte… Die Speisen und Getränke sind von aller höchster Güte, dass das nun mal seinen Preis halt brauche ich nicht zu erwähnen… Die Lage des Hotels beziehungsweise des Restaurants ist malerisch… Mit Blick auf den Gondelteich und in den angrenzenden Wald… insgesamt ein sehr stimmiges Konzept. Sehr empfehlenswert ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In fact, there is nothing that I could or would like to complain about... The food and drinks are of the highest quality, but I don't need to mention that it's pricey... Sehr tolles Essen. Meine Frau und ich waren begeistert. Jeder Gang wird toll präsentiert. Die Getränke sind top auf die jeweiligen Gänge abgestimmt. Wir hatten das 10 Gänge Menü und jeder Gang war eine Augenweide. Auch das ganze Team war sehr modern aufgestellt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keine Frau im gesamten Team gibt. Auf jeden Fall Sterne Niveau. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Very great food. My wife and I were thrilled. Every course is beautifully presented. The drinks are perfectly matched to the respective courses. We had the 10 course menu and every course was a feast for the eyes. The whole team was also very modern. The only point of criticism is that there are no women in the entire team. Definitely star level. Highly recommended.
