If you are looking for a Michelin star restaurant that‘s modern AND very Hamburg this is probably the best option.

We had an excellent dinner here at Lisbeth, with a menu that interprets traditional food in a modern way (great concept and ideas!). Superb food, super nice ambience and excellent service. Definitely a star to come back to!

The halibut, for instance, missed the mark on texture, and the portion size of the short rib felt unnecessarily small. Still, the ambiance and charm of dining in a historic location elevated the overall experience. It’s fine dining with a nostalgic flair, though the execution of the dishes didn’t consistently meet Michelin expectations.  8 out of 10

We had a great time at THE LISBETH for the celebration 🍾. We tried Fish & Chips, Beef Tartare, Truffle Pasta, all of them were well made and very presentable. The service and atmosphere were also awesome. Highly recommend 🥰 Will definitely come back again for more special occasions. Thank you ❤️

Very cosy little restaurant - maybe 8 tables in total. We had a beautiful dinner. The waitress was very kind and did small notes with translations of the dishes and ingredient into Danish (her English was very limited, as is our German).
We would definitely recommend this place.
