I had the pleasure of dining at Adler today, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly welcome.

The food was the highlight of our visit. Every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection, bursting with flavors that tantalized our taste buds. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste was evident, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs.

Sehr gemütlich und sehr freundlicher kompetenter Service. Sehr gute Beratung und Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Auch der kleine Starter und „Gruß aus der Küche“, haben uns sehr gefallen. Allerdings haben uns die 2 Oliven, 2 Stück Brot und dazu passend kleine Portion Creme bzw. Olivenöl etwas verwundert, was leider nicht so hier passt. Es wurde allerdings sofort darauf hingewiesen, dass es etwas abgezählt ausschaut und man gerne nachbekommt. Preislich schon recht hoch, aber noch angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very cozy and very friendly, competent service. Very good advice and selection of food and drinks. We also really liked the little starter and “greetings from the kitchen”. However, we were a bit surprised by the 2 olives, 2 pieces of bread and a small portion of cream or olive oil, which unfortunately doesn't fit here. However, it was immediately pointed out that it looked a bit counted and that people would be happy to follow up. The price is quite high, but still reasonable. We'd love to come back.

Ein rundum gelungener Abend! Der Aperitif – auch alkoholfrei – zeigt die durchdachte Auswahl, der Service ist professionell und aufmerksam. Zum Start gibt es exzellentes Brot mit hochwertigen Oliven und Olivenöl.

Alle Gänge sind optisch ansprechend und geschmacklich raffiniert, mit gelungenem Spiel aus Süße, Säure sowie warmen und kalten Komponenten. Die Qualität rechtfertigt den Preis absolut. Einzig auffällig: Wie aktuell oft, ist Yuzu hier präsent.

Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf feine Küche und erstklassigen Service legen!

An all-round successful evening! The aperitif - also non-alcoholic - shows the well-thought-out selection, the service is professional and attentive. To start there is excellent bread with high-quality olives and olive oil.

All courses are visually appealing and tasteful, with a successful interplay of sweetness, acidity and warm and cold components. The quality absolutely justifies the price. The only noticeable thing is that, as is often the case these days, Yuzu is present here.

Restaurant ZUM ADLER has a rich history dating back to 1896, originally operated by the Kiel family. In the 1970s, it was taken over by Adelgund and Norbert Horst. In 2013, the restaurant was rebuilt into a modern five-story building, reopening in 2016 with a new concept while maintaining its traditional name.
