In dem Ort Polle findet man ein Restaurant der gehobenen Klasse. Zuerst fährt man mit dem Auto idyllisch über Landstraßen und dann über die Fähre und besucht dieses Kleinod von Lokal. Im Innenraum erwartet ein toller Ausblick über die Landschaft in einem schön gestalteten Innenraum. Das Essen der gehobenen Art ist dem Preis angemessen, aber jeden Euro wert. Man würde nicht erwarten, hier in dieser kleineren Ortschaft so ein herausragendes Restaurant zu finden.

Inside, a great view of the landscape awaits you in a beautifully designed interior. The upscale food is appropriate for the price, but worth every euro. You wouldn't expect to find such an outstanding restaurant here in this smaller town.

Wir waren hier mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern zum Abendessen.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, toller Blick auf die Weser und die Tische stehen angenehm weit auseinander.
Das Essen war ausgezeichnet!! Auch die Kinderteller waren außergewöhnlich gut!
Hier merkt man einfach dass gute Qualität ganz oben steht. Natürlich hat Qualität auch ihren Preis, in diesem Fall aber vollkommen gerechtfertigt.

Der Service war sehr nett und auch die Aufnahme der Bestellungen war schnell und unkompliziert.
Was ein klein wenig gestört hat war das sehr oft gefragt wurde „ob alles ok ist“.
Zu Beginn kann ich es ja verstehen, aber wenn die Gläser noch alle voll sind sollte auch mal gut sein.

Unterm Strich kann ich das Graf Everstein aber nur jedem empfehlen der in der Region mal außergewöhnlich gut essen möchte.

The ambience is very nice, great view of the Weser and the tables are pleasantly far apart.
The meal was excellent!! The children's plates were also exceptionally good!
Here you simply notice that good quality is at the top. Of course, quality also has its price, but in this case it is completely justified.

The service was very nice and taking orders was quick and uncomplicated.
What was a little annoying was that people often asked “if everything is OK”.
At the beginning I can understand it, but if the glasses are still full it should be fine.

The bottom line is that I can only recommend Graf Everstein to anyone who wants to eat exceptionally well in the region.

Ein dickes Lob an die Küche. Alle bestellten Gerichte waren top. Die Fischgerichte waren saftig gegart die Kalbsleber zart. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich ausgewogen an interessanten Gerichten die neugierig machen, ausprobiert zu werden. Alles frisch und saisonal. Tolle Auswahl an Weinen.
Die Bedienung wirkte etwas zurückhaltend lustlos aber nicht unfreundlich.
Wegen der guten Küche kommen wir gerne wieder.
Das Restaurant liegt oberhalb der Weser mit wunderschönem Panoramaausblick.

Kudos to the kitchen. All dishes ordered were top. The fish dishes were cooked juicy and the veal liver was tender. The menu is clearly balanced with interesting dishes that make you want to try them out. Everything fresh and seasonal. Great selection of wines.
The service seemed a bit reserved, listless but not unfriendly.
We would love to come back because of the good cuisine.

Hervorragendes Essen - teuer!
Wer bereit und in der Lage ist, viel Geld für leckeres und gute Essen auszugeben, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Das Ambiente ist sehr schön! Die Aussicht einfach klasse! Wir waren Sonntagmittag dort essen, das Lokal war höchtens zu 20 % besucht.
Die Bilder vom Essen und der Bon (nur mein Bon; der andere Bon fiel höher aus) sprechen für sich.
Ich empfinde die Preise um 25 % überteuert.
Wie heißt es so schön: Einmal ist keinmal und zweimal ist noch mal. Und nochmal muss ich das nicht haben.

Anyone who is willing and able to spend a lot of money on delicious and good food is in good hands here.
The atmosphere is very nice! The view is simply great! We had lunch there on Sunday lunchtime and the restaurant was at most 20% busy.
The pictures of the food and the receipt (only my receipt; the other receipt was higher) speak for themselves.
I think the prices are 25% overpriced.
As the saying goes: once is not once and twice is again. And I don't have to have that again.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung.
Speisekarte ist sehr alkohol-lastig, eine alkoholfreie Soßen Alternative fehlte mir.

Ambiente ist ebenfalls sehr gelungen.
Die Räumlichkeiten für die Toiletten passen optisch nicht zum Restaurant. Da wirkt alles eher veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig.

Sonst gerne wieder.
