After a few long days at a conference, we wanted a meal that would help us relax and enjoy something special. Maltes Hidden Kitchen in Baden-Baden was just what we were looking for.

We chose the 5-course tasting menu with wine pairing, and every dish was impressive. The food was beautifully presented without being over the top, and the flavors were well-balanced. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, and the presentation made the meal feel special without being too fancy.

The wine pairings were spot on, complementing the food perfectly. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we needed without hovering. Their service made the experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, Maltes Hidden Kitchen provided a great way to wind down after a busy week. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was just right. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Baden-Baden.

We were here for coffee in the morning and a coursed meal at night. INCREDIBLE. Beautiful service, great meal. The amouse bouches were amazing, layered complex flavours in every dish.

The 3 course meal was a perfect dinner to close out our trip!

Extremely creative team, with some truly outstanding dishes - definitely deserving of their Michelin star.  Expect some unexpected combinations and a well-priced wine selection.

We had the menu in June and we loved everything! It's experimental and surprisingly great. The wine pairing was perfect although it was too much for my low alcohol tolerance, they're very generous with wine so if you can drink more then this will be super worth it m. The coffee converted to restaurant was a cute concept. Setting was intimate yet informal, relaxed. Would come back if I have a chance for their new menu because they change their menu.

Well deserved of the one star, it's even so much better than the one star we tried in Paris.

I am a solo diner and let me tell you, what a beautiful culinary adventure! From the time I walked in the door, I was treated to a joyful culinary experience! Service is impeccable and the atmosphere feels like you are lounging in a study....not a restaurant! The coffee shop/bakery atmosphere adds to a warm, comfortable feeling that makes you want to hang out and soar on the culinary wings of the masterful chef as he takes your tastebuds to new heights! This fine dining in a casual atmosphere has jet propelled itself to one of my favorite restaurants!!
