I booked on the hotels website (not on any third party website) for a package for the new year's eve. I was carrying the confirmation for the booking. Yet at the reception, I was told they cannot accommodate me as indicated. They said they were overbooked. They were not ready to accept that it was the fault of theirs (though never blamed me as well) and offered me either I take another booking for some other time, cancel or accept a deal without the package. I had no option (with family) for the day but to take the deal without package as it was last minute and nothing else was available. The lady at the reception was not very polite while showing me the room, but the other staff member were very polite and helpful. The food was excellent and so was the breakfast. The room was ok in terms of size and cleanliness. Overall, I would rate the food very good but I would not expect a reception of this kind.

Best hospitality I have experienced since I am in Germany. The staff here is very friendly, helpful and mindful for the best care of guests. Food is very tasty and service is awesome. The staff was more than willing to fulfill my requests.
Being a vegetarian a told my food choice during dinner and the staff was kind to remember that while serving breakfast even next morning. Just loved it :)

One of the best restaurants in the area. The dishes are always of the best quality and prepared with great attention to detail. Very large selection of wines and excellent service. I enjoy coming here regularly for dinner.

A very nice luxurious hotel with classicly designed roomy rooms. Very well equipped (toothbrush, shaving kit, lip balm etc.).
With 2 functional 220V, 24Amp TESLA chargers (destinaion charger) and one "normal".
Very friendly personal and breakfast is served at the table. With fresh orange juice and homemade marmalade and chocolate spread!
