The EdelEins was a lovely evening.
There were two of us and we enjoyed the 8 course menu with cocktail accompaniment.
The food was very imaginative and used high quality ingredients.
The price was about 10% above what I would have expected (we were about 230€ pp).
Cocktail accompaniment was also non-alcoholic.
I would tend to go for the wine accompaniment as the cocktails were more in the vermouth/sweet direction.
Service was courteous, well-informed and nice, tending to be a little more rustic.
The ambience and furnishings are very nice. View of the whole of Deggendorf.

War vor kurzem mit Freunden zum ersten (und definitiv nicht letzten Mal) dort zum Essen.
Das Ambiente ist genial, toll gelegen, schicker Ausblick und super schön eingerichtet.
Habe mich für das komplette Menü inkl. Cocktail-Begleitung entschieden, und was soll ich sagen. Die Speisen waren genial und könnten demnächst mindestens einem Stern entsprechen, aber was dem ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt hat war die Cocktailbegleitung. Super leckere Drinks die perfekt zum Essen harmoniert haben.
Dazu ein wirklich toller und aufmerksamer Service und ein Küchenchef der auch am Gast weiß was er tut.
Ich komme gerne wieder!

Recently went there for dinner with friends for the first (and definitely not last) time.
The ambience is brilliant, great location, chic view and beautifully decorated.
I decided on the full menu including cocktail accompaniment, and what can I say. The food was brilliant and could soon be at least one star, but what topped it all off was the cocktail accompaniment. Super tasty drinks that went perfectly with the food.
In addition, a really great and attentive service and a chef who knows what he is doing with his guests.
I'd love to come back!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Abend in stylischem Ambiente verbracht, mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Stadt, außerordentlich freundlichem versiertem Service, köstlichem, kreativem Menü in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Die einzelnen Gänge waren nicht nur eine Augenweide, sondern fein zubereitet und wunderbar aromatisch abgestimmt.  Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist für das gebotene Niveau angemessen. Das Restaurant ist eine weitere Bereicherung für die Stadt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

We spent a wonderful evening in a stylish atmosphere, with a magnificent view of the city, extremely friendly, experienced service, a delicious, creative menu in a very pleasant atmosphere. The individual courses were not only a feast for the eyes, but also finely prepared and wonderfully aromatic.  The price-performance ratio is appropriate for the level offered.
