Wir hatten gestern Abend das Vergnügen, im Restaurant Terra zu speisen, und wir waren durchweg begeistert. Die kulinarischen Kreationen des Küchenchefs Fabian Schröter haben uns regelrecht verzaubert. Ein Teil unserer Gruppe entschied sich für das 5-Gang-Menü, während andere à la carte bestellten, und jedes Gericht war ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis. Die Qualität und Präsentation der Speisen waren erstklassig.

Das Ambiente des Restaurants war ebenso ansprechend wie der Service, der aufmerksam und freundlich war. Wir können das Restaurant Terra auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für einen unvergesslichen Abend!

We had the pleasure of dining at Terra Restaurant last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The culinary creations of chef Fabian Schröter truly enchanted us. Some of our group chose the 5-course menu while others ordered à la carte, and each dish was a true taste experience. The quality and presentation of the food was first class.

The ambience of the restaurant was as appealing as the service, which was attentive and friendly. We can definitely recommend the Terra restaurant and are already looking forward to our next visit. Many thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable evening!

Es war wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis in diesem Ambiente zu essen. Tolle Aussicht und super Service, gepaart mit dem super leckeren Essen sind wirklich spitze. Absolut Empfehlenswert, gerne wieder!

Wiedereinmal unglaublich lecker.
Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, welches nicht nur überaus freundlich ist, sondern den Gast wertschätzt. Wir fühlten uns wohl und waren dankbar für einen herausragenden Abend.
Die Weinempfehlung war, nach wenigen Hinweisen unserer Vorlieben, sehr gelungen und hat unseren Geschmack sehr gut getroffen. Preislich etwas gehobener, aber aufgrund der Qualität des Essens und des Service zahlt man gerne ein paar  Euro mehr.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Very attentive staff who are not only extremely friendly, but also value the guest. We felt comfortable and were grateful for an outstanding evening.
After a few suggestions about our preferences, the wine recommendation was very successful and suited our taste very well. The price is a bit higher, but due to the quality of the food and service you're happy to pay a few euros more.

Das Essen und das Ambiente kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da es durch den Service erst gar nicht zum Essen kommen konnte.

Ich wollte zunächst im Restaurant anrufen, um nach dem Menü für das Mittagessen an einem Tag zu fragen. Als ich nach dem fünften Anruf während der Öffnungszeit endlich mal jemanden erreicht habe, wurde mir gesagt, man könne mir das Menü per Mail schicken und ich müsse nur meine Mail Adresse diktieren. Nachdem ich das gemacht habe (und der Ansprechpartner vom Restaurant diese auch wiederholt hat), habe ich einen Tag gewartet, aber keine Mail erhalten.
Am Folgetag hat dann meine Freundin es noch einmal versucht und mit dem gleichen Prozedere angerufen und erklärt, dass es am Vortag nicht geklappt hat.
Am Telefon wurde noch kund getan „jetzt klappt es auf jeden Fall, da ich das sofort übernehme“, allerdings wurde wieder keine Mail zugestellt.

Nach diesen beiden Versuchen habe ich es mit dem Restaurant aufgegeben.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food and the ambience because the service prevented us from eating.

I initially wanted to call the restaurant to ask about the menu for lunch that day. When I finally reached someone after the fifth call during opening hours, I was told that they could send me the menu by email and that I just had to dictate my email address. After I did that (and the contact person at the restaurant repeated it), I waited a day but didn't receive an email.
The following day my friend tried again and called with the same procedure and explained that it didn't work the day before.
It was announced on the phone that “it will definitely work now because I’ll take care of it straight away”, but again no email was delivered.

After these two attempts, I gave up on the restaurant.
