First of all, everyone was nice and friendly. Restaurant food and service was great!
Room was good.

-Communication via English was very limited, underground parking is very difficult to get to. Like maze to find car allowed road. Most of the street was blocked off for only pedestrians- but felt safe and trustworthy to park our vehicle there.

-breakfast, we personally felt breakfast was not worth the extra cost. Not buffet-

-location is perfect!-

Bathroom needs deep cleaning definitely!

The food was nice, but all the staff seemed overworked and too tired. Been to that place a couple of times. The staff does not speak english, and I feel like I was a bother to them.. They need some rest …

The price for a room per night is absolutely overrated especially for those hard, painful beds, we had back pain from the next day and could hardly sleep all night. The lights automatically constantly turned on all night in the hallway of the room so we had to close the door to the rooms hallway, which gave us less air to breathe in a very stuffy room from the carpet. (Careful with asthma or allergies)  We asked the receptionist why there was a light issue in our room, she said it was "normal". No apologies. The location is good, all in walking distance. The restaurant is too expensive for a main course that was so small it did not even get close to an appetizer and we dont even eat much usually. But this was really like a hidden camera joke. When we mentioned, they did not apologize either and said it was "normal" again. Maybe it was our fault we did not buy the bred basket beforehand- usually free in restaurants- here it was like 9 Euros per basket. We left hungry after 2 main courses. But the mini-portions were really extremely delicious. If you can afford, order 3-4 main courses per person and you ll be perfectly dined. I saw someone order a cheese platter also, it was so small i really was astonished. Sad that people get ripped off like that, acting like we re in Monaco. We left sad and had spent too much money for not much value in return. People do this to people. Wow.
