Meine Erfahrungen aus meinen Kontakten via Mail im Onlineshop setzen sich hier am POS 1:1 genau so fort. Ein schlüssiges und konsequentes Konzept, dass Mitarbeitende sich herausnehmen zu "taxieren" wer Kunde sein könnte und wer nicht. Online fehlt wohl der Prof. Dr. vor dem Namen und hier am POS scheinbar das Outfit. Bravo! Nach Betreten des Geschäftes am 04.11.2023 um ca. 14:00 Uhr wurden wir beiden sportiv aber wertig gekleideten jungen Herren zwar freundlich begrüßt, jedoch war es viel wichtiger, in den ca. 20 Minuten unserer Anwesenheit im Geschäft, irgendwelche Kartonagen für Versendungen vorzubereiten. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man registriert hätte, dass wir Kenner sind, da wir uns vor jedem einzelnen Werk hörbar über den Künstler und das Werk unterhalten haben. Dass wir uns in das Geschäft "verirrt" haben könnten, ist an sich auszuschließen, da auch Preise an den Werken stehen, die uns nicht den Laden nach 2 Minuten hätten wieder verlassen lassen, wie es eben Personen geht, die sich dahin verirren würden. Schade! Note 6! Gerade auch deswegen, da eine deutlich ältere Person, als wir, den Laden betrat, die "intelektuell" genug gekleidet schien, mit ihrer grauen Strickjacke und roter Mütze, und es wert war, dass diese sofort von der anwesenden Dame vom Karton kleben pausierte und die Besucherin in ein Gespräch verwickelte. Scheinbar muss man auch so aussehen wie ein Künstler, damit man dort etwas erwerben darf. Schade nochmals. Gerade der Uecker hätte in unsere Sammlung aus bisher 8 Uecker gepasst.

A coherent and consistent concept that allows employees to “assess” who could be a customer and who could not. Prof. Dr. is probably missing online. before the name and here at the POS apparently the outfit. Bravo! After entering the store on November 4th, 2023 at around 2:00 p.m., we two young men, dressed sportily but with high quality, were greeted in a friendly manner, but it was much more important to prepare any cardboard boxes for shipments in the approximately 20 minutes we were in the store . It would have been nice if people had noticed that we were connoisseurs, as before each individual work we spoke audibly about the artist and the work. It can be ruled out that we could have "lost our way" into the store, as there are also prices on the works that would not have let us leave the store after 2 minutes, as is the case with people who get lost there. Too bad! Grade 6! Especially because a significantly older person than us entered the store, who seemed to be dressed "intellectually" enough, with her gray cardigan and red hat, and was worthy of being immediately stopped by the lady present and glued to the box engaged the visitor in conversation. Apparently you have to look like an artist to be able to buy something there. Too bad again. The Uecker in particular would have fit into our collection of 8 Uecker so far.
