In the last 6 months this service department has taken a significant t step backward. There is ZERO planning on available parts nor preparation for the next day’s service appointments.

For engine seal replacement on a 2013 Tiguan, all available estimates online cite 3 work days. For Auto Koebl, 10. Granted there was consideration given to substitution mobility, via a VW Polo. But I had to go to the ownership level to gain any understanding  of the issue and what actual customer service was like.

TODAY, a routine tire change, with two NEW tires is going on 7 hours. Again, because they failed to inspect the tires prior to the appointment, but had no problem sending me the invoice to assure their payment.

This is the LAST service appointment I make here and I would caution anyone to seek alternate service for the VW/Audi/SEAT.

Terrible execution.

We purchased an Audi A4 Avant Quattro recently. We were speechless and awestruck for the services provided by the Auto Kölbl GmbH. Special mention goes to Mr. Rocco Ponto who was simply amazing and helped us throughout the process right from the test drive to purchase, including the resgistration of our vehicle. He was so brilliant and patient in answering each question of ours (some of the questions were stupid though - sorry :)), In short no words just Awesome Mr. Ponta - Thank you so much for everything and Thanks to Auto Kölbl Gmbh. He is a professional. This is a good company, they are responsive and helpful - if you buy a car from here , ask for Georg to be your Salesman he will take care of you.

We're expats car hunting in München. Due to COVID-19, VW is taking visits by appointment, so I stongly suggest you make one before visiting.
In our visit, we were able to talk to a representative in English. The rep was really helpful and answered all of our questions. There's even a kid area in case you bring your little ones with you.
