For me the best cocktail bar in Berlin and too class worldwide too. Went there with friends from the industry and they were also impressed. Pause for a moment to admire the creativity behind a weekly seasonal locally sourced menu, the mastery of impeccable execution, and all with the nicest friendliest service. We had detailed questions and we got professional answers, tried their distilled bases, had a laugh. Adulting should always be this much fun!

Best cocktail experience i’ve had in Berlin. Staff is amazing, talkative and knowledgeable. Drinks were great and the whole idea behind the menu is so interesting.

Velvet was such a great find for us in Berlin! Their focus on fresh, local ingredients really sets them apart. The perfect example of a great cocktail bar!
I'd rather pay €16 for a wonderful cocktail than the usual €12 for an okay one.

The waiters were really sweet and the overall vibe of the place was great. The music was a bit too loud to have a proper conversation, but the playlist was very nice!

I can’t say enough good things about Velvet!  I read about Velvet online a few years ago and it was a top priority for our recent visit to Berlin.  My old neighborhood plus unique cocktails using foraged local ingredients- exactly my kind of place!  We were treated with such kindness and warmth, and given a truly unforgettable evening!  If you like creative cocktails and the idea of using local and seasonal ingredients, plus friendly conversation with those who make the drinks, definitely plan to come here.  Thank you for a night we’ll never forget!
