Just wow. Hands down the best food (and view!) we had in the region.

Had dinner here. This place has one of the best scenic views. The food was amazing. The staff here are polite and courteous. Must visit place for a couple, family and a group of friends.

I tried their restaurant and we loved the duck and the trout fish . They were amazing. I was hoping to have a steak but they didn’t have . The service was good and the waiter spoke English. I highly recommend them . The only reason for not giving a 5 star is the feeling of the strictness of waiters. I advise them to be softer with clients and show real hospitality rather than rules of restaurant. You cannot be dynamic with guests but can apply your rules with friendly behavior . Also some guests let their dogs unleashed sniffing  our legs and food we were very uncomfortable with that .!!

Let’s get one thing straight right off the bat. There is a common belief (that has been proven many times) that says if you go to a restaurant that has a great view, that’s what you will get for your $ but don’t expect the food to match the view. This definitely does not wash in this case. Our food matched the views. Big time. Friendly service, great presentation and excellent tasting food. Oh, did I mention the view ?
You may want to call them in advance to let them know you’re coming (especially during busy times, good for them and for you too). Highly recommended.

One of the best restaurants in the area. Food is top notch, and they have an incredible selection of wines. The views to the lake are also incredible, especially if you can sit outside or grab a window seat inside. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale dining experience on Tegernsee.
