Went on a Monday afternoon so not as crazy as it can be at the weekends.
Relaxed and beautiful setting. Nice food and drink selection. Friendly service.

Nach dem Kletterpark waren wir im Biergarten. Die Preise sind ok, der Apfelkuchen wie von der Oma lecker, das Brot mit Aioli musste ich nochmals nachfordern. Das Personal war doch etwas dünn und unorganisiert bzw. auch unsicher.

After the climbing park we went to the beer garden. The prices are ok, the apple pie was delicious like grandma's, I had to ask for the bread with aioli again. The staff was a bit thin and disorganized and also unsafe.

Die Mühle ist ein schönes Ausflugsziele für Wanderer und Radler.Direkt an der Nette liegt die Wassermühle und das Gasthaus.Essen war ok.Gleich nebendran ist der Kletterwald,ein Minigolfplatz und ein Spielplatz.Das Personal ist nett und freundlich.Bei guten Wetter ist es Recht gut besucht.

The mill is a nice destination for hikers and cyclists. The water mill and the inn are right on the Nette. The food was ok. Right next door is the climbing forest, a mini golf course and a playground. The staff is nice and friendly. When the weather is good it is Quite well attended.

Ich kenne das Lokal nun schon Jahrzehnte, meine Schwester hat vor 25 Jahren dort im Saal ihre Hochzeit gefeiert. Der Biergarten ist immer noch wunderschön und und an einem warmen Sommertag oder -abend sitzt es sich einfach herrlich unter den alten Bäumen im Schatten. Die Speisekarte ist klug ausgesucht und sehr stimmig, unsere Schnitzel, Salate und Pasta waren richtig lecker. Die Weinkarte gefiel uns auch, der Rosé passte hervorragend zum lauen Sommerabend. Ein kleines Manko ist der Service. Man wartet leider wirklich lange auf die Getränke und auch aufs Besteck, wenn das Essen bereits vor einem steht. Die Servicekräfte geben sich Mühe, aber es schien so, als wenn einfach nicht genug Leute da sind für einen voll besetzten Biergarten. Das ist schade, auch für den Umsatz.

I've known the restaurant for decades now; my sister celebrated her wedding there in the hall 25 years ago. The beer garden is still beautiful and on a warm summer day or evening it's just lovely to sit under the old trees in the shade. The menu is cleverly chosen and very consistent, our schnitzels, salads and pasta were really tasty. We also liked the wine list, the rosé went perfectly with the warm summer evening. A small drawback is the service. Unfortunately, you wait a really long time for the drinks and also for the cutlery when the food is already in front of you. The service staff tried hard, but it seemed as if there just weren't enough people for a fully occupied beer garden. That's a shame, also for sales.

Sind wir mal ehrlich das Ambiente ist ja wohl immer schon der Hammer. Wir lieben das Netttal Und haben es immer geliebt hier herauskommen. Leider war es bis zuletzt sehr unschön, mürriger und schlechter Service, kaum noch Auswahl an Essen. Endlich gibt es einen neuen Betreiber der es sofort richtig angepackt hat. Es gibt sofort ein Logo, Shirts, mega aufmerksame, dynamische Servicekräfte. Leckeres sehr lecker aussehendes Essen. Keinen maroden Spielplatz mehr dafür Sand und Sandspielzeug. Was brauchen Kidner schon mehr. Und dann diese Megaidee gegenüber des Biergartens mit der Strandbar und den Liegestühlen. Wir als Eltern lieben Orte wo Kinder und Eltern gleichzeitig entspannen können. Hier kann man sich auch den Liegestuhl zum Sandberg ziehen und beim chillen und was gekühlten Getränk dir kleinen beobachten. Was eine grandiose Idee. Auch Wasserweis gibt's an der kleinen Srandbar. Wir saßen hier noch nicht. Wir saßen im Biergarten ind hatten besten Blick auf unsere kleine. Nach dem Innenstadtspielplatz nun unser zweiter Lieblingsort zum verweilen mit Kids.

Let's be honest, the ambience is always amazing. We love the Netttal and have always loved coming out here. Unfortunately it was very unpleasant until the end, grumpy and poor service, hardly any choice of food. Finally there is a new operator who got it right straight away. There is immediately a logo, shirts, mega attentive, dynamic service staff. Delicious very tasty looking food. No more dilapidated playground but sand and sand toys. What more do kids need? And then this mega idea opposite the beer garden with the beach bar and the loungers. As parents, we love places where children and parents can relax at the same time. Here you can also pull up a deck chair to the sand mountain and watch your little ones while you chill out and have a cool drink. What a great idea. There is also water white at the small beach bar. We haven't sat here yet. We sat in the beer garden and had the best view of our little one. After the city center playground, this is our second favorite place to hang out with kids.
